Welcome to my *not so dirty* dirty little secret. I'm a health coach and yes, I look at food porn. We all have our different go-to's on those insomnia-filled nights... mine just happens to involve being tucked up under the covers, lights out, scrolling through page after page of delicious looking, though objectively terrible for you, food. I'm talking that good ol' Instagram, melty raclette cheese, BBQ, and heavenly butter drenched pasta kind of food porn. And I'm not ashamed.
